Our Terms

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase are a binding legal document between the parties, setting out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, data protection and shopping procedures of the Buyer and the Seller.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement the Rules at any time in accordance with statutory requirements or changes established in the terms and conditions of sale. The Buyer shall be informed by e-mail. The Buyer shall be bound by the rules in force at the time of placing the order.
1.3. The right to shop in the online store www.zollee.eu has:
1.3.1. able-bodied natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court decision;
1.3.2. legal persons;
1.3.3. goods are not sold to minors under the age of 18;
1.3.4. authorised representatives of all of the above.
1.4 By approving the Rules, the Seller warrants that the Buyer is entitled to purchase the Goods from the Online Shop in accordance with point 1.3.
1.5 The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be valid from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Order" button in the online shop, after having created a shopping basket, indicated the delivery address, chosen the payment method and read the Seller's rules (see section 5). By following this sequence of steps, the Buyer also confirms that he/she is one of the persons entitled to buy in the shop (clause 1.3 of the Terms and Conditions).
1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.

2. Protection and processing of personal data

2.1 The Buyer may order goods from the Online Shop by:
2.1.1. Registering in the online shop - by entering the data requested during registration.
2.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer must fill in the information fields provided by the Seller with his/her personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address (please do not forget to provide your e-mail address, otherwise you will not receive notifications with receipt of the order, confirmation of the order, and will not be able to pay the order).
2.3. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the Buyer's personal data referred to in clause 2.2 for the purposes of marketing the goods and services of the e-shop.
2.4. The Seller has the right to collect and process personal data provided by the Buyer to the Seller and, if necessary, disclose them to third parties, when and to the extent necessary for order fulfilment, data processing or planning and analysis of the Seller’s activities. The Seller also has the right to use the Buyer’s personal data for the purposes of advertising and providing information to the Buyer within the Seller’s activities. The Buyer’s data may be used for sending information or other online store activities only with the Buyer’s consent. Rules 1.5. Approval of this legal document carried out in accordance with the procedure set forth in paragraph 1 shall together constitute consent to the use of personal data for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.
2.5. By agreeing that the Buyer’s personal data be processed by the Seller for the sale of goods and services, the Buyer also consents to the sending of information notices to the e-mail address and telephone number he/she has provided for the ordering of goods.
 2.6. We monitor the traffic of the website using a statistical program and analyse the information obtained (number of visitors, pages from which the visitor was directed, etc.). Statistical information is obtained automatically when you visit our website. We use this information to improve our business analysis, product range and service quality.
2.7. Data about Online Store customers and visitors is protected from loss, unauthorised use and alteration. The data carriers are fully protected from third party access.

3. Buyer’s rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Online Shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the other procedures set out in the information sections of the Shop.
3.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
3.3. If the data provided by the Buyer in registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes not to pass on his/her login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses the login details, he/she must immediately notify the Seller about it using the contact details provided at the bottom of the website.
3.5 The Buyer who uses the online shop accepts these rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the law.

4. Seller’s rights and obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all the necessary conditions for the Buyer to use the services of the Online Shop.
4.2. If the Buyer tries to damage the Seller’s online store, the stability and security of the operation of the store or breaches its obligations, the Seller shall be entitled to suspend the Buyer's access to the shop.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy of the personal information belonging to the Buyer specified in the store registration form.
4.4. In serious and unforeseeable circumstances, the Seller shall have the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
 4.5. The Seller has the right to cancel an order without prior notice to the Buyer if the Buyer, having chosen non-cash payment methods, fails to pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.
 4.6. The e-shop has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract of sale if the stocks of the specified goods have run out, as well as if the contract has been concluded by a person who is not entitled to conclude a contract in accordance with the present Regulations.

5. Product quality guarantees

5.1 Each email must include a description of the goods attached to it, giving general information about the goods sold in the shop.
5.2 The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods displayed in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

6. Returning and exchanging goods

6.1. Food supplements are not refundable if the buyer has picked up the shipment from the parcel service. Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer may refuse to pick it up and thus return it to the seller.
6.2 If the parcel has been paid for and dispatched and the buyer has refused it, the seller undertakes to reimburse the buyer's account within 15 days after receipt of the returned parcel. Each case of return is negotiated individually.

7. Buyer’s and seller’s responsibility

7.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. If the Buyer provides inaccurate personal data on the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences and shall be entitled to claim compensation for any loss caused by the Buyer.
7.2. The registered Buyer is responsible for the transfer of his/her login data to third parties. If a third party accesses the e-shop using the Buyer's login data, the Seller shall consider this person as the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller shall be exempted from any liability in cases where the loss is caused by the Buyer's failure to read these Terms and Conditions, despite the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, despite having been given the opportunity to do so.
7.4. If the Seller's shop contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organisations or persons, the Seller shall not be responsible for the information or the activities carried out there, and shall not supervise, control or represent such companies and persons.
7.5. In the event that a shipment is detained for inspection by public authorities, the Seller undertakes to reimburse to the Buyer the full amount paid for the Goods within 5 days and takes full responsibility and cooperation with the public authorities carrying out the inspection.
7.6. In the event of damage, the party at fault shall compensate the other party for the direct damage.

8. Marketing and information

8.1. The Seller may initiate an email at its discretion in the event of promotions in the Shop.
8.2. The Seller shall be entitled to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of promotions, as well as to cancel promotions without prior notice. Any amendment or revocation of the terms and conditions of the promotions shall apply prospectively, i.e. from the time of the amendment until the new amendments.
8.3. The Seller shall send all notices to the email address provided by the Buyer.
8.4. The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the email address or telephone number provided by the Seller at the bottom of the shop page.
8.5 The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information sent or confirmation messages due to a disruption in the internet network or the network of the email service provider.

9. Final provisions

9.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with Dutch law.
9.2. The zollee.eu team has the right to change the Rules in part or in full by notifying the online store www.zollee.eu.
9.3. Amendments or changes to the Terms and Conditions shall come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date of their posting on the online shop system.
9.4. If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the Online Shop after the addition or modification of the Rules, the Buyer shall be deemed to accept the new Rules.
9.5 All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with Dutch law.
